It started getting hard to sleep during the second trimester - no more sleeping on the stomach. This pillow is the perfect shape and size to lie on my side comfortably; it goes under my head, I can wrap my arms around it,it gives room for my belly, and it tucks between my legs. Now I dont have to hog all the other regular pillows just to get the same effect! It has a good amount of padding and it's not too firm.
The only thing I dont really like about it is that after one wash, the pillowcase looked like I had had it for a year. I wish there were other covers to fit this pillow so I could switch them out or replace it.
Overall, though, it's function over fashion, and I would recommend this to any pregnant lady- or anyone not pregnant!

First, this product was shipped to me within the week! I ordered it on Tuesday, and it arrived on Thursday. Second, it was a gift for my very pregnant friend, and she loves it! It fits her just right and allows her to finally be comfortable when she goes to bed! I would recommend this product as a great gift that is sure to please.

Very good quality and very comfortable.
I sleep better now and it is helping me to protect my waist and my feet.
It is going to be needed after the baby is born, for the breast feeding.
